This website and the AlloySync Core software are operated by Netpo, LLC (“Netpo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Netpo, LLC operates AlloySync Core at the domain alloysynccore.com. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the terms “you” and “your” refer to you, the visitor, customer, or user.

By visiting alloysynccore.com, purchasing digital software access, or accessing the AlloySync Core workspace known as Sync Command, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the additional policies referenced here and available on this site. If you do not agree, you should not use the site or the software.

AlloySync Core is sold as a digital product through a one-time purchase. It is not a recurring subscription, and there is no monthly or annual billing. Where you complete a purchase, you will be billed one time, and your card statement will show a charge by ALLOYSYNCCORE.

AlloySync Core is a digital software product delivered as one-time-purchase access. We make reasonable efforts to display plan details and pricing accurately. Purchasing a plan grants access to the Sync Command workspace consistent with that plan.

Customers will be billed ONE TIME, and the card statement will show a charge by ALLOYSYNCCORE. The available one-time plans are:

AlloySync Core is a digital product. No physical goods are shipped. Access is delivered digitally along with setup documentation and workspace access details.

Section 6 — Refund and Returns Policy

Section 7 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

In no case shall Netpo, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Netpo, LLC and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 16 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site, including the Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Digital Products Terms of Sale, constitute the entire agreement between you and Netpo, LLC and govern your use of AlloySync Core.
